We started our farm in 2020 after finding that many of the products we loved - mushrooms included - were unavailable due to the pandemic and related supply chain issues. We also began to wonder why so many mushrooms in Colorado locations were being shipped all the way from Oregon and Pennsylvania.
My partners, Haley and Nathan, and I started RMF with the goal of providing fresher, better quality mushrooms with a shorter supply chain.
We primarily cultivate oyster mushrooms and are working to produce additional varieties in the future. We have a capacity of over 5000 lbs per week at full production and can service all of Colorado!
